Refund policy

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless one of the following applies:

  • The item was made incorrectly

  • The wrong item was shipped

Eligible Replacements

If your order qualifies:

  • The original item must be returned to us

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, a replacement item will be shipped

Important Notes

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • We do not issue refunds for incorrect sizing, color choices, or buyer’s remorse

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable
